Cold temperatures prompt support for homeless population in Hampton Roads

HAMPTON ROADS, Va. (WAVY) — As dangerously cold temperatures move into Hampton Roads, shelters, nonprofits and city agencies are expanding efforts to protect people experiencing homelessness.
