NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Cold air will blast the region overnight into Saturday, with temperatures dropping below freezing, but it will feel like 0 degrees and the region under a cold weather advisory and a winter storm warning.
The city of Norfolk says no one should feel like they have no options this weekend. They say where their is a need, they will provide it.
