VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Units with the Virginia Beach Fire Department responded to a residential structure fire in the 1700 block of Moonstone Drive Saturday afternoon.
Crews arrived at 12:41 p.m. and quickly observed flames coming from the chimney of a two story residence.
