CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Chesapeake police have identified a suspect in the homicide of a man whose body was found along the Dismal Swamp Canal Trail last year.
According to the Chesapeake Police Department, 46-year-old Dannel Leroy Hill has been charged with first-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in connection with the death of Donte’y Christian Parrish.
