CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Former Virginia Tech quarterback Marcus Vick was arrested in connection to a child custody exchange where the mother of his child sustained minor injuries.
On Dec. 30, 2025, Chesapeake Police responded to an apartment in the 1500 block of Mitchum Way for a reported domestic assault. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a woman who reported being assaulted by a known male suspect during a child custody exchange.
Police said the victim suffered minor injuries but declined medical treatment. Vick had left the scene before officers arrived…
