Max Media “92.9 The Wave” WTWV Virginia Beach, VA has abandoned its “80s to Now” adult contemporary format in favor of 70s-80s-focused “Yacht Rock for Coastal Virginia,” making the switch Thursday (Feb. 5).
The new presentation features artists identified with the yacht rock genre, including the Doobie Brothers, Toto, Kenny Loggins, Steely Dan, Christopher Cross, Pablo Cruise and Little River Band.
