VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A car pulled up in front of The Wash House laundromat in the Newtown Plaza shopping center in Virginia Beach around 9:33 a.m. Wednesday.
Thirty seconds later, a white SUV pulled up, and then the window in the car the SUV had been following gets busted out, and it was all caught on video.
