NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — What began as a missing person’s investigation in Norfolk is now a case of first-degree murder.
Police have charged David Varela, 38, with killing Lina Guerra, but they are still looking for him. Norfolk Police told 10 On Your Side Varela is not in custody.
