NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Captain David Gray will be relieved by Captain Katie Jacobson as the commander of Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek Fort Story (JEBLC) during a ceremony that will be held on Feb. 27, according to a press release.
The ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday at the Brashear Conference Center in Norfolk.
