VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Capt. Rob Littman relieved Capt. Josh Appezzato as the commanding officer of Naval Air Station Oceana during a change of command ceremony on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026.
Littman becomes the 50th officer to lead the Navy’s Master Jet Base.
