VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A Virginia Beach man faces misdemeanor charges after police responded to a gunfire alert in Virginia Beach early Sunday morning, according to officials.
Virginia Police responded immediately to investigate the scene. Police issued two summonses to 37-year-old Frederick Gibson following the incident on Feb. 22, 2026.
