NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A large group of residents marched through the streets of Downtown Norfolk Saturday afternoon, voicing their displeasure on issues ranging from immigration enforcement to voters’ rights and overseas military conflicts.
The march was a part of the nationwide movement “March 4 Democracy” and was organized by South Hampton Roads Indivisible and Tidewater Democratic Socialists of America.
This comes after President Trump addressed the nation from Mar-a-Lago, early Saturday morning, stating that the U.S. was undertaking “major combat operations in Iran.”…
