CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Residents in the area of Tyre Neck Road in Chesapeake are tired of living next to a messy house amid a growing, unsightly display of furniture, mattresses and other things strewn all over the yard of a home there.
They say they have contacted the city, but the mess is still there. Now, they have contacted 10 On Your Side in an effort to get it cleaned up.
