VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Virginia State Police (VSP) arrested a man after a multi-vehicle crash in the intersection of Independence Boulevard and Holland Road in Virginia Beach Sunday morning, according to VSP.
At around 12:29 a.m. on March 8, a trooper noticed a Ram 1500 truck that had eluded Virginia Beach Police. The Ram accelerated after passing the trooper’s vehicle. The suspect then exited I-264 through Independence Boulevard and continued accelerating.
