NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk police say they are aware of car meetups reported in several areas of the city on Saturday and are monitoring the situation.
Residents reported to 13News Now seeing groups of vehicles gathering and moving through different parts of Norfolk throughout the day, including areas such as Ocean View and Newtown Road. Some of the gatherings were reported to be causing temporary traffic blockages.
