NORFOLK, Va. — A man who shot and killed another man in a Norfolk drive-thru in June 2024 has been sentenced to seven years to serve.
Michael Devon Parker, 31, shot and killed 25-year-old Jason C. Allred, of New Mexico, in the drive-thru at Cook Out on East Little Creek Road. It happened at 1:25 a.m. on June 24, 2024.
