CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – A Chesapeake judge granted a $20,000 bond Tuesday for a woman accused of striking and killing a man with her car.
Kimberly Horton faces charges of involuntary manslaughter, and under the influence-vehicular, in connection with the death of David Wade, who was killed last summer at a gas station on South Military Highway. Police said another man struck in this incident suffered minor injuries.
