NORFOLK, Va. — Parts of Norfolk, including the Fort Norfolk and Chelsea neighborhoods, experienced a power outage Wednesday afternoon.
According to Dominion Energy, just before 2 p.m. about 1,000 customers lost power in the area. Crews were able to re-route the flow of electricity and restore service to 575 customers within about 15 minutes.
