CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — An 18-year-old was charged in connection with a home invasion and shooting on Grandy Court Sunday morning that left a man in critical condition.

According to the criminal complaint, the victim claimed one or two additional suspects were involved. He said the suspects were masked and armed with firearms. Court documents state they came into his residence and shot him multiple times.
The victim was rushed into emergency surgery and is in critical condition.
