CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY)– Police in Chesapeake are investigating a shots fired incident.
Officers were called to the incident, in the 2900 block of South Military Highway, shortly after midnight. Police have not said if someone was struck by the gunfire.
The incident remains under investigation…
