VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Units with the Virginia Beach Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire at Town Center Wednesday afternoon, according to officials.
Upon arrival at 3:24 p.m., firefighters located heavy smoke conditions coming from the second floor of the Armada Hoffler parking garage, as can be seen in the video sent to 10 On Your Side below:
