CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Chesapeake police have charged a man with several crimes that happened at a school bus stop on Friday morning.
According to Chesapeake Police Department, police officers responded to a bus stop in the South Norfolk area around 7:40 a.m. Friday based on reports of a disorderly individual. Before police arrived, multiple citizens restrained the individual, and police took him into custody once on scene.
