Authorities in Virginia are seeking the public’s help locating a fugitive described as “armed and dangerous” who allegedly fled from detectives on Friday, March 20.
The Portsmouth Police Department said its Fugitive Apprehension Unit is seeking 46-year-old Shane Cullen, who is wanted on multiple felony warrants across several jurisdictions in the Hampton Roads area.
Cullen was allegedly driving a U-Haul truck on Friday when he fled an attempted traffic stop near the intersection of George Washington Highway and Elm Avenue. He allegedly ran multiple red lights before crashing the truck and fleeing on foot…
