VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A controversial change could potentially come to Virginia Beach’s Kempsville area.
The popular Back Bay Farmhouse Brewing Company has announced that, by the end of the year, they will be relocating the business, notifying the landowners that they would be doing so.
The landowners have proposed the redevelopment of the plot of land for apartments. Bonaventure, the company associated with the project, has already been involved with multiple “Attain” apartment projects around the city. This one would be coined “Attain Kempsville.”…
