VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The Virginia Beach City Council voted 9–2 Tuesday night to approve a redevelopment plan for the former West Neck Golf Club, clearing the way for a mixed residential and golf course project on the long-vacant site.
The decision came during a special session, where council members approved a modification of proffers and rezoning request tied to the property at 3100 Arnold Palmer Drive.
