PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Portsmouth police are investigating a death at The Quarters at Park View apartment complex in the 1100 block of London Boulevard on Thursday morning.
Police said they were called to the scene around 3 a.m. and found an unresponsive woman with “multiple injuries.” Medics pronounced her deceased at the scene.
