VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Two firefighters were assessed for injuries after drywall fell on them in a residential structure fire Monday afternoon that displaced two residents, according to the Virginia Beach Fire Department.
Units were dispatched to the 1000 block of Taylor Road for a reported residential structure fire at approximately 12:45 p.m. Upon arrival, firefighters found heavy smoke and flames from a two-story structure which extended to the side of a structure next door.
