VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Virginia Beach police said Tuesday they arrested someone during the “No Kings” rally held Saturday at Town Center.
According to the Virginia Beach Police Department, officers arrested Jessica Brooke Pinsky, 40, of Virginia Beach, in connection with the event.
