VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – A Virginia Beach police officer was involved in a vehicle crash Monday afternoon.
Police confirmed the officer was responding to an emergency call when his patrol car was struck. The crash happened just before 1 p.m. on March 30, in the 2000 block of Lynnhaven Pkwy.
Both the officer and the driver of the other vehicle went to the hospital for treatment. Their injuries were not life-threatening, police said…
