CAROLINE COUNTY, Va, (WRIC/WAVY) — Hopewell High School student Jayden McComber had been reported missing March 26.
Two days later, McComber’s truck was found in Virginia Beach, 100 miles from his home, according to Caroline County Sheriff Scott Moser, and March 31, five days after being reported missing, the body of McComber, 18, was recovered from a pond on the border between Caroline and King and Queen counties.
