VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Keona Dooley is not just dreaming big. The Virginia Beach-based 20-year-old lives hers out every day.
“A lot of times it’s hard for people to take in,” said Dooley, owner and operator of J&K Style Grill’s two Virginia Beach restaurants. “You can’t be 20 and owning it. Once you show them, like, ‘Oh, I do the register, I cook, I do everything behind the scenes,’ but that girl really is the owner.”
