NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY)–Crews in Norfolk responded to a gas leak Tuesday morning.
According to fire officials, crews were called to the intersection of Granby Street and East 17th Street for the report of a gas leak. Officials say it appears a contractor accidentally hit a line.
Norfolk Fire-Rescue units secured the scene while Virginia Natural Gas secured the leak.
