VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — 13News Now is on the scene of a large police presence at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront on Saturday evening.
Deputy Chief William Zelms told reporters on the scene police are investigating a shooting with multiple victims. The call came in at 9:54 p.m. The scene stretched along the 1400 block of Atlantic Avenue as well as a handful of adjacent streets.
Zelms could not say how many victims were injured or how severe the injuries are. They also don’t know what kind of weapon was used or how many suspects are being sought…
