PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A Portsmouth woman waved a red flag about a rodent infestation at her apartment, but instead of fixing the issue, she was forced out when her home was condemned.
At first, Special Reid Merritt was living on her dime in a motel, but went to a family member’s home when the end in sight wasn’t clear.
