CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – Greenbrier Intermediate School in Chesapeake canceled outdoor activities Thursday due to law enforcement activity in the area, according to a message from Principal Dr. Kristin Rankin.
While the school, which is located at 1701 River Birch Run North, did not implement a lockdown, the decision prompted inquiries from families and local news outlets seeking more information.
