VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A 33-year-old woman was arrested in connection with an attempted abduction Thursday morning in the parking lot of a driver’s license branch, according to VBPD.
Emergency Communications and Services received a report of an attempt abduction around 10:45 a.m. at the DMV Customer Service Center, located in the 3500 block of Buckner Boulevard.
