VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY)– Crews in Virginia Beach responded to a fire in Kempsville Lake area of the city.
Fire officials took to social media saying the fire occurred in the 250 block of Windbrooke Lane. Firefighters and emergency personnel responded to a multi-family residential fire.
