NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Seven dogs and multiple other pets have died following a fire in Norfolk Thursday morning.
According to Norfolk-Fire Rescue, units were dispatched at approximately 11:34 a.m. to the 2200 block of Dominion Avenue for reports of a residential fire.
