Suffolk Transit celebrates new route launch to Windsor and Portsmouth with ribbon-cutting event

SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Suffolk Transit announced the official launch of new transit routes connecting Suffolk to Windsor and Portsmouth. The new routes aim to enhance regional mobility and accessibility.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the launch will take place on Monday, May 4, at 11 a.m. at Windsor Town Center, 23361 Courthouse Highway in Windsor, Virginia.

At the event, community members, local leaders, and transit officials will gather to celebrate the expansion.
