NORFOLK, Va. — Thousands of people spent the weekend at Town Point Park for the Virginia Wine Festival, sampling wines, visiting vendors and taking in live entertainment along the waterfront.
For the 23 wineries that traveled from across Virginia, along with food vendors and small businesses, the festival offered more than a busy weekend. It provided a chance to reach new customers and build connections that could last well beyond the event.
