VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A Virginia Beach man will spend seven years behind bars following his conviction in a hit-and-run case tied to a deadly 2022 incident.
Joshua Ceruti Robinson, 36, was sentenced to 10 years in prison, with three years suspended, leaving seven years to serve, according to the Virginia Beach Commonwealth’s Attorney. A jury convicted Robinson in February 2026 of hit and run resulting in personal injury, while finding him not guilty of second-degree felony murder and involuntary manslaughter.
