VIRGINIA BEACH, Va (WAVY) — A decade’s-long tradition continued for professional golfer Marc Leishman and his wife Audrey at the Virginia Bech National Golf Club Monday as The Begin Again Foundation hosted its 11th annual celebrity golf tournament benefitting sepsis awareness.
“That was a rough time for our family,” said Leishman, who saw his wife, Audrey, battle sepsis in 2025, the genesis of The Begin Again Foundation. “You know, there’s a lot of other families that are going through it, and for us to be able to help them through a tough time, it’s pretty amazing and gratifying.”
Said Audrey Leishman: “My experience is what led to this, but it’s not our why anymore. Our why are all the other people who are going through this as well.”…
