VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The Mount Trashmore Summer Carnival will not be returning to Virginia Beach this year.
Instead, “the park has a full schedule of events planned throughout the summer, and we look forward to welcoming residents and visitors to one of Virginia Beach’s most visited parks,” a city spokesperson told 13News Now.
