NORFOLK, Va. — Federal agents were seen on Wednesday afternoon inside a CBD store in downtown Norfolk as the FBI continues an ongoing investigation involving Virginia Sen. L. Louise Lucas.
13News Now observed FBI agents inside The CBD Shoppe, located at 345 Granby Street in Norfolk. The activity comes soon after federal agents executed a search warrant at Lucas’ office in Portsmouth.
