NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Following an incident on a Norfolk Public Schools (NPS) bus that injured a student, WAVY requested and received video that shows the child falling out of the back of the moving bus.
It was April 16, around 3:20 p.m. Bus # 219 was transporting children from The Academy for Discovery at Lakewood.

The bus was coming down Hampton Blvd., when the driver took a sharp right-hand turn on Richmond Crescent, when suddenly all hell broke loose.
