VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WKRC) – A man was arrested in connection with multiple reckless driving incidents involving an American muscle car, one of which was captured on surveillance video.
According to a statement issued by police, 20-year-old Kyle Matthews was taken into custody after authorities responded Sunday to reports of a Ford Mustang performing burnouts in an area of Virginia Beach.
