PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A 23-year-old was arrested in a Portsmouth exhibition driving incident.
Portsmouth police said Jace Dennis, 23, was allegedly caught on surveillance cameras at Chestnut Street and Garfield Street on May 16 performing “multiple reckless driving maneuvers that left numerous tire marks across the roadway” before driving off.
