Police request public’s help in dog stabbing investigation

WASHINGTON (7News) — Police are searching for a suspect after a dog was stabbed Saturday morning in Southeast Washington, authorities said.

Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Sixth District responded around 9:22 a.m. to the 2300 block of Nicholson Street SE in the Fairlawn neighborhood after receiving a report of a man stabbing a dog.
