WALDORF, Md. — An Oxon Hill man was charged after investigators alleged he pointed a handgun at two people during a road-rage encounter in Waldorf, where officers later found a bullet hole in the victims’ vehicle and recovered a projectile from the trunk, according to court documents.
Parren Eric Swann, 61, of Oxon Hill, is charged with two counts of first-degree assault, illegal possession of a regulated firearm, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony or violent crime, handgun on person, loaded handgun in a vehicle, two counts of second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.
