Hit-and-run escalates to stabbing in Alexandria

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — A hit-and-run dispute escalated into a stabbing in Alexandria. The victim was transported to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Around 12:40 a.m. on Saturday, police responded to the 800 block of W. Glebe Road for a reported stabbing. When officers arrived, they found the victim suffering from a stab wound. Witnesses were able to provide police with a license plate of the driver.
